I work independently to help clients implement lifestyle changes and alongside doctors and practitioners, also trained in ReCode 2.0, where an analysis of blood and other biomarkers is required.

I offer a 30 minute, free, no-obligation, discovery call which you can book here. I will happily share knowledge which may be relevant and helpful to you, and you are welcome to share your goals in relation to brain health and of course to ask questions to help you decide whether coaching is for you.

If you would like to proceed, we will schedule an introductory session during which we discuss any symptoms, your current lifestyle, relevant medical history and most importantly, what you would like to achieve and how you would like to be coached (don’t worry if you don’t know the answer to that one…we’ll work it out!). I might also ask you to complete some short questionnaires. Based on this, we will agree a programme of sessions, tailored to you. Introductory sessions are 1hr15 and cost £125.00.

All subsequent sessions are 50 minutes and cost £85.00. There are discounts available for block bookings of 6 or more sessions.

Individual Sessions

We work together on your specific brain health objectives and the lifestyle changes you would like to make.

We can also incorporate foundational breathwork.

My Unclouded Brain

For anyone who wants reassurance that they have all the brain health basics covered or wants support to implement the Bredesen protocol.

Book an Unclouded Brain Programme with me; 12 weekly sessions in which we cover all of the lifestyle pillars known to impact brain health, including sleep, diet, exercise, stress, toxins, brain stimulation and supplements.

We can also incorporate foundational breathwork.

PreCode and ReCode

For anyone who is struggling with their memory. You might have had a diagnosis or your loved ones may have noticed some changes and are concerned for you. You might have a family history of Alzheimer’s or have recently discovered your ApoE4 status.

We work in collaboration with a doctor, also trained in PreCode and ReCode, to access blood tests and other biomarkers to understand your potential risks or the drivers behind your cognitive decline.

The doctor will define your treatment plan and I will help you implement it. I welcome partners or a loved one to also attend these sessions.
